​Improvements made to myCSSPEN

We've added new features along with a newly designed interface to improve your myCSSPEN experience – whether you log in from a desktop or mobile device.

What improvements can you expect?

  • A newly designed interface to improve the display of account information on mobile devices. Access your account(s), profile, retirement planning tools, and our new online investment instructions form if you wish to re-allocate your pension funds.

  • Members who receive Variable Benefit (VB) payments from the Plan can view the details of their VB account(s) according to the applicable provincial or federal jurisdiction.

  • Members who have transferred funds into the Plan from external financial sources (e.g. another RPP) can view the details of their transferred-in funds according to the applicable provincial or federal jurisdiction.

  • Member who receive a monthly pension can now view account details for their pension account(s), including their monthly payment amount.
