If you receive pension payments by mail
If you receive your monthly pension or Variable Benefit payment via mail, you have the option to have your payment directly deposited into your bank account. Direct deposit is a secure and convenient way to receive your pension payment.
If you are applying for retirement
If you’ve recently requested projections or an application package, please contact us if you do not receive them and we will email them to you. If you have recently mailed application forms back to us and are concerned that they may not be delivered on time, please contact us and we will scan or email you replacement forms that can be completed and returned to us by fax or email pending receipt of the originals.
If you applied for a transfer or repayment
The Plan will process repayments and transfer requests upon receipt of emailed or faxed documents. If you or your advisor have already mailed forms and they do not arrive, please provide scanned or faxed copies.
Once all required forms are received, you have the option of delaying your request until mail service resumes or proceeding and using a courier to deliver your funds. To advise of your preference, either you or your advisor should please contact us.
