COVID-19 update

To our members:

The Co-operative Superannuation Society Pension Plan (CSS) cares deeply about the well-being of our members, our employees, our communities, and the various partners we rely on to create value for our members every day. It is with this in mind that I wish to provide you the following update on what CSS is doing to deal with the implications of COVID-19.

  1. First, we remain open for business during our regular business hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST Monday to Friday. We appreciate that the pandemic is creating significant turmoil in global markets and many of our members will be looking to speak with us about their pension investments. We are fully operational and continue to take steps to be able to continue to carry out our work for you under changing circumstances.
  2. We are taking appropriate precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of our members, team members, their families and communities. We are utilizing the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) to provide our employees with information on hygiene measures to protect their health and yours.
  3. We are closely monitoring information from provincial, federal, and global health authorities and governments and adapting to the changing nature of the pandemic as new information comes to light.
  4. As new information and guidance is provided by world health authorities, we will provide updates on any changes to operations at CSS and how to communicate with us.
  5. Where we have team members working remotely be assured that your confidential information remains secure on our servers.
The well-being of our staff, their families and communities and, of course, our members is our priority as we navigate the implications of COVID-19.

Please take care, keep yourself informed, and contact us should you wish to discuss your pension investments.

Thank you.
